Feature of hirer and driver
- The hirer must be aged 22 years or more.
- The driver must have a driving license that does not expire.
- The driver must not drink alcohol. If the driver has an alcohol responsibility of all hirer.
Documentation required.
- Original identity card or passport.
- Original driving license.
- Guarantee 5,000 bahts for seadan car and 10,000 bahts for minivan.
* Identification cards and driver's licenses must show while sign a car rental contract.*
The process of booking and car rental.
- Select the type of vehicle you wish to rent
- Inform date, time and place to rent and return a vehicle.

- Pay cash for the rent and security deposit on the date hirer take a car.
- Read and learn all condition of contract agreements fully understand.
Step for pick up and drop-off
- The hirer must inspect the damage and check the petrol will always have a full tank before take a car.
- The hirer must return a car by yourself.
- The hirer must return a car on date , time and place as contract agreement.
- The hirer must all belonging before return a car.
Accidents and cases Breach of contract
- Cost car rental include first class insurance include fire & theft excess 5,000 bahts for car and 10,000 bahts for minivan.
- In case of accident while renting. In case driver is at fault or no third party the hirer have to pay compensation 5,000 bahts for car and 10,000 baht for minivan.
Fuel
- The renter will provide a full fuel tank. When the hirer return the tank full.
- If the renter return not full fuel tank the hirer have to pay compensation to the renter.
Step Providing offsite
- Lost a keys case or flat tire , the damage caused by the hirer will charge for damage and service.

The below list detailed contract us mutually agreed as follows:
- The vehicle is fully cover to include liability’ fire and theft and collision insurance.
- In case of accident the hirer agrees to pay the First 5,000 Bahts/each accident (7,000 bahts for Ford eco & Innova and 10,000 bahts for minivan.) for incase of the renter’s fault or no other party.
- The hirer must have driving license and at least 22 years old.
- The hirer and owner must check the condition of vehicle before leaving and mutually agree on condition of vehicle being hired.
- Vehicle must be returned to owner on date and time of hiring agreement (place of origin).
- Incase of the hirer returned late the hirer agrees to Pay 200 Bahts per hour for the overtime use.
- If the hirer continue the vehicle must contact to company 2 days advance for daily rent and 2 weeks advance for monthly rent.
- In the event of an accident of rented vehicle will not be moved until directed by the police furthermore no incriminating statement will be made prior to consulting with a representative of the insurance company of Island-Tour.
- For petrol fill 91 OR 95 and return must be full.
10. The hirer will use the vehicle In Phuket only.
11. If the hirer change the hotel must inform to Island-Tour.
12. The hirer agree to deposit 5,000 Bahts (7,000 bahts for Ford eco & Innova and 10,000 bahts for minivan.)or the document as a guarantee to company.
13. Insurance does not cover incase of the hirer drinking alcohol or no driver’s license.
